Help please

Hi, i have a Yamaxa Xmax 125, owned it for about 7 months, but this morning i noticed that when i turn the back wheel, the nut on the back wheel also turns, is this normal? thanks

The spindle turns to drive the wheel, unlike chain driven bikes where the spindie is fixed
