Help please piaggio typhoon still bogging after full engine rebuild revs out fine on the stand tho

My bike bogs when under load why? And only ride 1/4 throttle

So what have you done to it ? Put the std airbox back on it for a start.

I will try that . And i am going to try the engine in a different bike, but my mate looked at it recently and said the spark is weak and he thinks its the timing

 

I will take more pictures of everything before and after i put them on
