need some tips on what to try next...... my ped just bogs, i tired down jetting but is still the same, i bought this non runner, but now have got it running on tick over, but thats it, set up- aerox 70cc polini sport, polini crank, polini race variator, 19mm carb, stage 6 outa pully, polni belt, stage 6 clutch,
same as always.. its rollers (even without asking) any tunned bike that "bogs" out is almost certianly the rollers
No, not my rollers, still bogs if u pull the thorrtle back..., im thinking new carb, and its got a doppler s3r isit?

if you cant change the rollers take it into a shop and don't try fitting a carb yourself you downie :whistle:
I'm having the exact same problem, bike is std tho i put a new crank in, and mines an nrg with a polini variator, i don't think it is the rollers because i ran mine with just the outer half of the pulley with the starter ring on so i could kick it, as soon as i rev it bogs and stalls; ive checked the exhaust is not coked up, so i bought a std replacement, no difference. it's fuelling or reeds or something(tried a couple of diff ones, no difference)
but anyway, back to the subject, im guna spilt my enigne and re do it. just incase some fool hasnt warpd the cases (y)
nobody's gonna reply./.. you ignored advice.. i know what the problem is and try'd to tell you.. you didnt listen.. who the hell is gonna say it again? you go rip your engine apart, spend out on new bearings and gasgets again.. get it back together, fuck wiht the jetting for 4 days then finally change your rollers to remove this "bogging" as its fuck all to do wiht fueling. its NOT a geard bike.. it wont bog from fueling (geard bikes are jetted differently to auto's.. auto's are jetted for full throttle at one rpm not over a range) so it wont make much difference changing a jet.. yes banging a stupidly big jet in there will work as it will over richen meaning it will run at a lower rpm wihtout stalling,m this is still not correct.. id guess its blowing out (transmission going up too fast for your engine's power) thus you loose rpm and get this "bogging" and dying as you try and drive.. seen it a million times.. heard a million people try convince me its fueling, fucked about for 2 days on a bike sorting the same thing out years ago.. dont underestimate rollers.

just re dun my cases and ting. its works , must have been an air leak, but now and i duno if it is but b4 i there was a kit on it and it was leaking water inside. so i got a new one, but after 3mins of running it went a bit gay, and now just emptyd water and it seems fine, maybe stupid question but could the cases make this water leak, like maybe the cases arnt perfect staight.?
