help on bar conversion

ok so im swapping my zip with a 2002 gilera runner 50 and i really want to do a mx bar conversion but i dnt no what i would need to make it legal. oh and is it just the case of gettin a bar mount and bolting on to were it the olde bars were? really dont have a clue!

ure gonna need bars, stem, dna/ice/s6 switch gear and digital clocks like koso's or the s6 ones
