Hi I have a neos Its a air cooled and I want to put it to a water cooled jw how hard is it to do this and what do I need or can I just get a rox water cooled engine will it just fit right in my neos frame
The moped and all it's mechanical parts have been designed and built for being air cooled. I wouldn't say it's impossible to make it liquid cooled... You'd have to seriously know what you were doing and be prepared to dig deep into your pockets... I'd not bother trying to fit an Aerox engine and the whole carb and water pump etc. it's wouldn't be a straight forward engine swap. We require welding and lots of mechanical know how.. If its a liquid cooled moped you're after I'd seriously think about maybe getting rid of the neo and buying something liquid cooled. Or if you're just looking to improve the performance of the Neo I'd look at other alternatives.
