Help needed please

Hi I have looked online to no avail hopefully you knowledgeable lot here can help. I have a 12in rear wheel drum brake. I need a new wheel so can I buy any 12in drumbrake wheel or does the drum have to be a specific size.
Can’t find the wheel for my bike anywhere.

Have look in to the speedfight drum wheels I’d be surprised if they don’t fit
