dno were to start brought a 125 typhoon hammered dropped the engine and sold the brought 180 engine cases and fitted the following parts pm 52 crank brand new 180 barrel brand new piston used mallossi head brand new bearings water pump and seals pm carbon petals polini inlet 25ml delorto pm variator mallosi belt lightend fly wheel but running standard clutch and exhaust engine is basicly a new engine fitted in the typhhon but had to remove smaller fuel tank at the front to fit radiator in so now unsure were to run fuel lines ect ino there is a nipple of the engine cases witch blows air into the fuel pump witch pressures fuel into the carb but ive stripped all that off whats the best way to do it some one mentioned a t piece or somthink any ideas need to get this bike done and finished its a nightmare
would that work and you mean a typh fuel tank i am thinking now to get a tank made for under seat and have gravity fed to the carb with a fuel on and off switch isnt it bad for the engine to block off the vacum nipple build up of preaseure in the engine
Nah if you block the nipple properly it'll work like it's not there. Or could use if for the fuel tap if your carb doesn't have one.. There's lots of ways to do it 50 tank is probs easier if anything(cheap, bolts on, gets rid of 2nd tank pipes)
just block off the union on the engine case just below the reed block, block off the large+small petrol pipes on main tank, run the vacuum pipe, petrol pipe to carb.
sorted now lads just running gravity fed tank under the seat and blocked of the engine vacum with pipe and bolt just need some jets now for a 25ml lol
