Ok guys im having a major problem the last few days, i turned the Nrg to 50cc standard but i left on the following: -Malossi racing clutch bell -Malossi yellow clutch springs (the little ones) -Purple malossi spring (the big one) -Malossi multivar 2000 and about the rollers i dont know i have forgotten my problem is that the scoot isnt working as it should and its drinking a lot of fuel for no reason.. what do i need to keep?? what do i need to change?? Please advise as im very confused with this shit... All the comments welcome! thanks
I don't think it will be the clutch bell or springs, unless the racing clutch bell is for 70cc kits? that's my only prediction man
im gonna do that and remove the purple spring and put the standard back on and see how it goes... also change the rollers wish me luck
The clutch on a pretty much stock 50 is best pretty much standard with maybe slightly stronger springs i have found. Rollers and jets can vary alot obv
Thanks for the replys guys Jonny i have a gianneli reverse on it right now, also i did some work today i removed the purple big spring removed the clutch bell, the multivar 2000 putted all the stock shit back on it works fine but i still have to change the clutch springs since it gets right away at the final gear... (the clutch springs i have now on are the malossi the yellow ones)
Dude, You have the parts, use them! Wack the clutch on with slightly stronger clutch springs, Put the variator in, put some 5.5g rollers in, 68 jet and bam. Decent ped.
you think??? i had the setup that i mention above and the scooter was doing some crazy senseless fuel drinking... for no reason... it was running terrible.
no no 17,5 mm carb and i dont see any fuel leak... i mean where i park the scoot i dont see any fuel under... so
haha yeap im sure of that aswell since if you take the pipe out where it connects to the carb fuel cant come out piaggio technology
