Help Me Out Please Guys

Right ive got a choice here help me out quickly please guys..

I have had my mind set on getting a Gilera Stalker for a while..

I was going to get this one off eBay for £450.
- 53 plate, 04 registered
- Red, 735 miles, Still Restricted, No Mot or Tax

Or I could just get a brand new one?
- Im a bit paranoid of it getting nicked
- If I crash it its a waste of money?

Or should I just buy a brand new bike but not a Gilera Stalker?
I dont want to get a Gilera Runner 50 as they are heavy and cant even wheelie and the new shape is ugly.

I wouldn't get a new bike but thats me, I would get a good condition second hand bike with lowish miles etc, the one you stated that was on eBay for £450 sounds good but no Tax or MOT, ask why he hasn't put it through a MOT and got tax as this would make the bike sell for more money. Go and have a look at the £450 bike and check it out to see if it would pass a MOT.

What things should i look for when going to see this bike?

As long as it goes smoothly and theres no dodgey noises from the engine it should be ok right

 

id get a gilera stalker i think they look real good id buy 2nd hand as well.
