Help is needed

    Hello, i've brought an 09 plate zip to get it looking nice aswell as perform nice

    at the moment its standard and running at 40mph

    where are the de-restrictions?

    i know there's one in the exhaust and the washer in the Variator
    but is there any more?

    CDI etc?

    how can i get it running nice

    I'm guessing it's standard the guy i brought from said it's not been touched all bog standard

    exhaust restriction ????
    variator restriction ????
    you must be stuck in the 90's. now days there is a brass plate in the carb the needs removing and up jetting. roller are 7.5g drop to 6.5g, and on some the cdi is limited to 7,500(ish) rpm's but you will know if that is in pace after dropping the rollers.

    if the bike go's over 35mhp the restrictions are out

    Changed Rollers today from 7g to 5g made it tiny bit quicker off line

    takes awhile to crawl to 35-40

    still have standard exhaust but sticking a stage 6 rep on at end of week,

    where is the restriction in carb and how hard/easy is it to remove could you give me a few steps

    if you remove the air box you will see a brass plate blocking the inlet on the carb. remove it and up jet
