    hi all

need abit of help please? i have completly rebuilt my piaggio nrg dd engine (crank, bearing, cylinder ect) and connected everything back up but when i start it it revs itself quite high then cuts out in like 5 seconds, is it oil starvation? the oil tube has full oil in it to the carb but just need some advise?

    thanks :)

Make sure the carb is all connected up correctly. Leave the airbox/air filter off and check the silde is all the way down when trying to start it.

It's always a good idea to run a bike through at least one take of premixing with the oil pump connected when fitting an engine or doing a rebuild.

There are two overflows if you are talking about two that look the same. They are left as is.
