Help me ASAP, had my ped not running for over a year and finally bought a new battery and some petty and 2t But it still won't start, you can hear the ignition relay click, and jus to note the kick start don't work?
the starter might be stuck try giving it a tap with a spanner or hammer to see if it frees up. have you checked that the engine will turn over ?
Basically what happend is I went to start it about a year ago and it's started turning over and then jus stopped, doubt it will be starter motor tbh though.
If it's been that long I would have turned it by hand first with a socket on the flywheel nut and the plug out. Stick some oil down the hole and turn it a few times to put a film of oil back in the barrel. Might be worth a piston ring check now.
