I've finally got my zip up and running but now when you give it full throttle the wheel hardly moves and it revs kinda funny when reaching high revs. I have no sponge in the air box, could this be causing the issue? I'm going to get some sponge today but I think there's something else wrong with it.

I need to get it up and running before monday so I can get to work! Please help...

It's all stock apart from exhaust, which is a leo vince, I've ran bikes before with no foam in the airbox, obviously they dont run well but it ran a lot better than this...

    Could it be the CDI?

Stock jets, its had the engine totally stripped since I practically rebuilt it but ive checked everything over plenty of times. I'm getting a new CDI and foam for my airbox in about an hour or two so hopefully it's just that.

When u say ur zip hardly moved with no airbox did it sound funny on full revs?

it almost died on full revs, you need to get it jetted with that exhaust and definitly rollers as mine atm wont go over 30mph as got standard rollers with a technigas exhaust

Right ive just checked to see if the belt was slipping, the belt is spinning the pully but not the clutch? Why is this?

Does it need to be on or off? I cant see how that would make much difference to the clutch not grabbing the clutch bell?

Just had another play around, the clutch is fine it wasnt moving cos the back break was sticking.
When i take the back wheel off the floor the back wheel will spin and the i can see the clutch engaging, but when the stand is off and the wheels are holding the weight the bike doesnt move anywhere.

yes because you arnt giving it any throttle it will only spin when on stand

Nope even with full throttle, on stand full throttle wheel will spin, but with throttle trying to pull away there is nothing
