Right, i have a suzuki katana ay50wry w/c 2000 and i want to tune my bike for mid/top end and need help or advice on how to do it. I have malossi 70 kit, gear up kit, 19mm carb, variator (6g rollers), exhaust. Thanks for any help
first you have to find out what rpm does the malossi 70cc makes its maximum power. then the exhaust has to match so they both work together in harmony. once thats sorted the carb has to be properly jetted and the rollers set. you may need heavier, maybe lighter. its all about what the engine wants. I will do some reserch too to see if I can find whats the best for your bike Good luck
