help & advice please

I have finally found a Dragster within my budget, with a 180 lump reg'd 125, just what i'm after.
However, i am having to par take in a 8 hour round trip to get it.
Any advice in what i need to look for when i get there to make sure it's not a shit box?
or any noturious issues with them i may be able to spot.
