hey all ,ive just got my first scooter and I love it :)
I got a Peugeot jetforce 50 on a 55 plate ,its super fast and proper cool looking
only thing I noticed is the headlights are crazy ,I can't turn them off ,either the top 2 are on and the bottom right one on or the top 2 are on and the bottom left one is on .
when I flash the lights the other one lights up ,but as I say they wont turn off :(
this isn't how it should be is it ?
it was only supposed to have passed an mot 6 days ago .
everything else on it seems right
sorry about my welcome .hello again and thanks for any help any one can give me .

hey mate ,thanks for the welcome ,
yeah I love it ,just love the freedom I get from it ,don't know why I didn't get one years ago .
every link I found has been removed or no longer valid for a workshop manual ,
but a mate ,who's a mechanic is going to give it the once over during his lunch hour this week ,and will hopefully sort anything that needs doing .
I want to learn to do it all myself ,as I got the scooter bug now .

Looks like you got a fun future ahead of you. :) .
That's a pretty cool looking 'ped you've got (bit starship enterprise for me . :) .),went a little older myself to start...,
Don't know it helps/if you've had a recce along these lines but :-
    Google (peugeot jetforce 50) = 11 logs 1st page+4 further pages,think alot
of search engines/yahoo-google/+ run their own question(sub search) specialist sections--
might get lucky and find a "dusty" file somewhere.
    Best of luck!. :) .

Wemoto do a fair amount of items for your 'ped (no manual :-( ),you might try haynes online
but you will have to e-mail your particular make and model to see if they have a/thing.

    hey SS users !

New guy here, just saying hello, Purchased my Piaggio Zip the other day so thought I should join some forums and get some knowledge from you all.

Used to own a Speedfight when I was 16, Great fun, Great project too, spent loadsa money on it over the time I had it but totally revamped it from a scruffy abused 28mph eyesore, to a gleaming rocket capable of 60mph :D

My Piaggio is restricted and I need a few opinions / help from you guys here, But ill make a post in the right section for that!

So a massive hello, and hope to make some new buddies on here :)

    thanks!

hi folks the jetforce lights stay on and are a bit wierd must just be a safety thing so you can be seen better glad you are enjoying yours as mine is turning into a pain with lose of power from 45mph down to 10mph then takes a bit to get going again mechanic is stumped by it and has tried a second hand carb so have now ordered a new carb from poland so hope to get it back on the road soon as it seems to be a good bike when running just glad your one is running good amsterdamaged x

    Welcome
The light thing is perfectly normal, that's how they are.
But change your fuel and air filters on a regular basis, when they start to get choked it don't run right, and has you looking everywhere else except there!

Hi stevep cannot change the air filters as it's a stupid sealed unit with a gauze like filter inside and my moped mechanic also says the jetforce don't have fuel filters he thinks the filter if any is inside the petrol tank x
