Hi John the oak lol, welcome to the shack Host your picture on www.imageshack.us then post the 'link for forums' here
thanks all for the greetings MiNoR CoNfUsIoN: the mecanical tunning, at the time the scooter was modified, was made by a mechanic friend of mine that prepares Vespa's for the National Cup and is accustomed to tune scooters with automatic clutches, but if I made this project now a days, I have mounted myself, I didn't had the knowledges in the past The aesthetic was made by myself cheers everyone I'm glad with this forum, unfortunately in Portugal, there isn't much foruns about scooters....
what exactally are the laws in portugal, with reguard to scooter tuning etc, ive heard you can ride at 15 without a helmet or something like that?
well, here in Portugal, we can have the licence since the 15 but they must use the helmet in any situation. Here we have a little positive thing: Police here doesn't understand anything about mechanic with scooters, they only think if the plate is registrated or if the lights are on, even in daytime maybe one day, this might change because, at the moment, there is a scooter tunning "boom" cheers to everyone
no, much because that there aren't many people using scooters, those who have are: old people and they drive real slow, young people but they sell the bike when they get car licence, few remain the scooter just for fun or has a personal object to take real care So police don't hurray much cheers folks
