Alright people thought i'd introduce myself. My name is Ben, im 16 i bought a yamaha aerox 70cc pretty quick. But at the moment im repairing it as i ran it without water :blush: silly mistake as i usually keep it maintained each week and it was just my luck that i wasnt paying attention that week and didnt top the water up. Constantly looking for another ped just as a project so let me know if your selling one. And i have loads of Aerox parts so if you need something ill propably have it just give us a message. Welcome Ben Presumably you have a water leak if you have to keep topping up the coolant? You shouldn't be loosing a drop, it's a sealed system.
Yes have a water leak. There is a little tube on top of the head which was leaking so redone all that also water was coming out of waterpump and cyclinder head so i have obviously blown gaskets? but im on the road to fixing them .
The water pump's are notoriously crap, they always seem to leak. Yeah, water out the head is probably a dodgy o-ring or gasket.
