Hello everybody, Am just finishing an engine swap on my honda zoomer: (and before you say anything, remember "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and all that.. :bird: ) At road test (car-park) stage at mo, hence the unfinished cosmetics and pop-bottle fuel tank. Am thinking I my need a little advice on tuning up this motor. So far the motor is built like this: Malossi 115cc cylinder Malossi/dellorto phvb 22mm carb Carbon reed Polini variator Polini adjustable clutch (set at 5000rpm bite) Japanese after-market pipe (unknown effects, bought it because other Japanese swap-zoomers use this pipe). Any advice on needle notch height, idle screw turns and roller weight etc would be great. Cheers.
