hello everyone, new scooter owner from liverpool

hello everyone ive just bought my 1st scooter 2 days ago so im a novice. however my scooter needs some work so i need some advice. 1st of it keeps cutting out on me when i start it. its ok while im reving it but when i let go of the revs it cuts out and doesnt tick over. also it needs a new battery and 2 new tires and brakes front and back. any advice would be brilliant thanks.

hi hi.welcome to scootershack.not sure if they like too much sorting out problems on the intro pages but if you post your prob on the forum some where a doctor will see you soon.sounds like the throttle stop screw needs turning in a few turns..brakes and stuff is same as on normal bikes but being Chinese...can't take it for granted...got a sukida Roma sk50myself...see you on the way to the forum..byeee

Thanks mark, any advice on why mike bike keeps cutting out?

 

I've posted in there last night, just had the carb out and cleaned it and the air filter. Hopefully il that will do the job. Cheers mate
