Hey guys, so as you would have guessed by the title i am at the time where im getting sick of a 50cc.
I have found an sr125 for sale locally. it's seat lock is bust and also the seat has a small tear in which is covered by tape. also one of the fork seals has gone.
My plan was to buy the bike, replace oil in both forks and replace seals. get the seat re-covered professionally. replace the seat lock (£10)
the bike is for sale for 595, have already managed to get him down to £500.
Are there any things in particular to look at when buying a bike like this?
the link for the bike is here: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classif...pr72fu/radius/1500/quicksearch/true?logcode=p
I have rode the bike and it goes like stink compared to my 50! and mechanically it is sound.
just dont want to be buying into a money pit.
Thanks in advance!! any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome. If you ask questions in the introduction section they get lost. It's best to ask your questions in the relevant sections.
