    hello everyone :)
my name is Spectroplasm and i live in Madagascar (very far from the rest of the world). i have a PGO big max 50 scooter with the following kits

-70cc AC steelcast cylinder kit (koso brand)
-koso variator with 4g Dr. pulley weights
-hebo racing adjustable clutch (red central spring and green pull springs)
-homemade pipe (with a broken silencer :( )
-Vforce reeds (manually cut to fit intake)
-Mikuni 21mm carb with Koso racing tubes and TNT racing boost bottle (blue)
-TNT digital speedo and TNT tunning handle bar and rod
    -dual spider 100w xenon headlights
    -Bando VS 736 drive belt
-the body casing is pretty beaten up  (my cousin fell on it twice :( )

well that's all my scooter specs :) i'm looking forward to helping others as well as getting help from others too :) since my bigest problem right now is the speed at which my scoot is going :(, before my pipe snapped i can hit a steady 78kmh (i know it can do more than this by i can't seem to tune it in right). after my pipe snapped i can now hit only 69~72kmh :(.

    :welcome:

how did you make your homemade pipe? did you make your measurements and calculations to produce the right expansion chamber size etc. ??

hey alexsr70, i used cone3d to make my pipe belly patterns and i have a small handbook on how to measure the length, gut, return and curve of the pipe. it's tuned to kick in a 7.5k~8.23k rpm. but after it snapped the measure is off now.
