My son had bought a DNA 50 that has a Hebo exhaust on it. Anyone got any ideas of the recommended main jet and roller sizes.

    Thanks

Someone stuck this here about roller weights:

As for jetting, you need to know what the standard jet size was, then up-jet by about 5 points.
Best buy a jet pack or two, then it's all about playing to get it right. Stick on the slightly rich side, a darkish ginger biscuit colour at the end of the plug would be nice.
By the way, dont let it run dry of fuel, you will get an air lock in the fuel pump and it's a pig to start normally again.
If it does run dry the trick is this:
Take the fuel pipe off the carb and put the end in a suitable container to catch the petrol that will come out in the next steps.
    Leave the other pipes attached.
Grab a length of clear pipe the same bore about 3ft long and fit it to the carb.
Use a syringe to fill the pipe with fuel, start the bike.
Don't rev it, just let it idle.
Watch the fuel going down, at the same time you will see the petrol coming out the pipe in the container. This is the fuel pump working, you should see it spit bubbles, not loads, but enough.
Stop the engine as the last bit of fuel in the clear pipe reaches the carb.
At this point, you could re-attach the fuel pipe and see how it runs, but if it's still not right you may have to do it again.

    Thanks for the info.
I have a bit of work to do first as the main bearing is u/s. Also need to get the fork stanchions re-chromed or replaced as they are pitted so will keep destroying seals.
Any recommendations or advice is always appreciated.

    Cheers
