Wind blew over my scooter today (not happy) the heat guard has been bent so much that some of it is in contact with the exhaust. Should I take it off and try to bend it back or is it not really that important?
I would dix it, as you'll probably find that it will start to rattle over time and really get on your tits.
Your right it was rattling. I was concerned about heat at first but now the bike just sounds different and when I go fast I hear a tap tap sound like someone's tapping a screw on metal really quickly.
whip it off and bend it back, you should be able to do it with either your hands or a pair of pliers or something
