Head Torque.

Soon I am fitting a 70cc Polini Sport kit to my Morini engined Italjet Formula A/C 50, I was wondering what the torque setting for the head was?

 

I never use a torque wrench for tightening scooter heads...

i tighten it up by feel, then take it for a gentle ride and check the nuts again by feel
to see if the gasket has bedded down any

 

Thanks for the reply, all went well apart from ordering a 5mm jetting kit, when it's 6mm :cry:


Took her for spin round the block and although running in, noticed more low down torque, which is a result. Should have re-jetting kit mid-week and on a 12mm carb, presumely it needs it :grin:
