having issues....STILL

    yo

    havent been on in a while due to going to LA so havent done anything about fixing the vivacity until now

    so i couldnt get it started the other day and had no spark which later turned out to be complete flat battery and electrical connections were loose

    it now kickstarts WOOP WOOP

    but the issues im now having are:

    when on full throttle it wont rev as high as it should ie sounds like the carb isnt opening up fully

    and the time that is did open fully it didnt seem to move

    any ideas? possibly my set up is wrong? i know my jetting is

    setup is as follows

    motoforce 50 plus kit
    yasuni z
    7.5g stage6 rollers
    red motoforce clutch springs
    14mm dellorto carb with brass plate still fitted
    standard air box
    80 main jet

    does anything sound out of place?

    hope somebody can help me out

    how long have you left it?

    i would rip the carb apart give it a good clean out and chuck some fresh juice in it to start with

    erm been left atleast 2 months

    i have ordered a new throttle cable as the one thats fitted is a 100cc one and was going to strip carb and clean it

    i think its best to check everythings clean and moving freely, no point going out spending money on something with out checking it first. your jetting sounds a bit rich for a 50cc with standard intake:confused:

    throttle only cost me £10 :)

    well standard carb is 12mm gurtner 72 main jet, i have a koso afm and it read around 15 so i know i have to go down in jet size

    it doesnt want to idle and no sure if air/fuel screw is set right
