Hi there. I recently bought a moped very cheap with a few faults. 1. All the indicators work apart from one at the rear right (just above exhaust) 2. The speed indicator does not move (supposed to show your speed) 3. The front lights do not work at all, no glimmer or anything. Rear brake light works. and the last one it is extremely loud. The paves vibrates, anything on the moped (tools) shudders. The only way i could describe it is as though the piston is being hit with a sledgehammer. Can anyone give me a few pointers ? It has a iridium exhaust which i think are sports exhausts, if so, could this be where the sound is coming from ? Bike is what it says on logbook to be a dbqt50. Thanks.
Check your bulbs/connections,speed indicator? - speedo.manual or digital? - could either be electrical or your cable(or drive) needs replacing. Experience has shown me Chinese 'peds run a little raw.
