Hello everyone, I bought my zip 99 around a year ago, since i've had it, i've been doing differents performances.
It's right now with a skipper 150 2t engine with a 172 malossi cylinder, malossi exhaust, malossi gears transmission, 28 polini carburator and rd350 reed valve. Yes, rd350 flappers!!!, i've been desing a new intake for accoplating this reed valve to my moped. It's printing with an 3D machine, and it works okey, i need to ajust and test it on dyno. Soon i'll update the results. Maybe in a close future, i'll sell a couple in ebay with a hardcorescoot name , but it isn't clear . I don't want to take advantage of this forum to sell, i only want to show people what i'm doing and share the profits about this proto intake.

More over of this, my zip it's with a rpm sensor, temp... with and 3D printing support. It looks fine. Also, it's with a zip sp speedometer.

Sorry, i have a thousand of photos hahahah

Another "project" that hasn't been done properly, that will vibrate terrible using that engine mount , the rest of it looks pretty good !

Hi MARSH thank you a lot for your reply. What do you refer to? Where I'm living all people do this with engine support. Even, i wondered to a mechanical who makes this jobs and he told me that it's necesary cut 2mm the engine support and in zips also the frame. If you can explain me you'll do me a favor.

Greetings from Spain, here, are ITV. For people who don't know what it's, is an acronym of "Technical inspection of vehicles" It's obligatory every 2 years, and it's the worst for tunning scooters

The 125/180 piaggio/Gilera scooters have a "silent block" engine vibration damper system, the engine Will vibrate through the whole frame and feel to ride crap ! Search the net for pictures, I'll try and put some pics up of my frame with the correct mount. cheers.
