I have previously processed the engine block to fit my Malossi big bore cylinder
Now it's time to cut out the transfer channels and boost channel.
The effect increases due to the flow of fresh gases in the crankcase gets better.

Check out the Youtubeclip at the end

Use the cylinder basegasket as a template

Use a scribe to mark where you should cut
    Tip
Screw the template with studs and nuts so it stays in place

    This is the "transfer channel"

    This is the "boost Channel"

    Other "transfer channel"

Cutting down the channel towards the line
    Tip
I use a cutter with a rounded top

Try to keep the same angle (slope) of the channel
You should not cut out the bottom of the channel
    Tip
    Dont press hard
    Move counterclockwise

I grind the edges of the channel with the larger cutter
    NOTE!
Be careful do not to scratch the gasket surface

I then use a smaller cutter to be able to fix the corners
Then take the other corner in the same way

I finish the surface with a grindingstone
    Tip
The surface should be as if it were sanded with 240's grit paper

I verify that the port is in line with the channel

Then do I second transfer channel in the same way

    Then the boost channel
The same tool and method as previously

A file makes it easier to fix the corners

Follow my continued work with my Malossi Big bore 87cc
In the next step, I cut out the block for the crank with the long rod
