I am old! I acquired an 08 aerox r rossi rep with stage6 streetrace kit,polini exhaust and variator etc with a few problems to have a play and as a cheap quick ride to work. it wasn't bad,had a broken exhaust stud and rattly rollers etc. I got the stud fixed and after the silencer shot off polini,ended up with a quick leo vince as it was needed for work! Wasn't too bad. Then I dropped it exhaust side and broke exhaust stud and bent leo up. Lost interest over winter and left it broken in the rain. MOT came round again and I vowed to sort it out once and for all. plotting and researching the random thoughts led to pages from this site time and again. How you use the information is up to you,but it was an awesome help to me. I have experience and am tech minded with machines and spend too much money on the aerox. These days its stage6 street 70,sportpro variator 4g.4.25g mix,pro rep exhaust,derestricted inlet,6petal race reed block,race ignition coil,unknown dellorto carb or jet size(it screams along,when I do the pilot I may check)std airbox snorkel in. this set up is good for me,all bikes/riders are different. THANKS for helping me solve the sticks at 25mph backfiring issue as rollers being flatsided and variator sticking. swapped out polini for the s6 sportpro and guessed roller weights and bingo power band all the way and omfg it made such a difference.
