gramecca master cylinder siezed!!! what to do??

My master cylinder has siezed up so when i let go of the break lever it doesnt release the pressure fast enough on the caliper so it sticks a bit how can i have ago at de-siezeing it ???? iv heard you can do it just dont really know how. any help??

 

If your unsure, take it to a shop to have the work done, brakes need to be working properly.
