It has a stage6 pro rep exhaust
    stage6 sport pro 70 cylinder
    4 gram rollers
green polini clutch springs (5000rpm engagement)
    76 main jet
needle as low as it can go

Got the pipe on today and what a difference it has made. Top speed is up to where 70 would be on the clocks if the numbers went that far. On a full throttle launch from a standing start I have to sit on the front of the seat and lean forward to keep the wheel on the ground. Sitting bolt upright it would backflip if you let it. The rain started coming down and I ended up getting wheelspin when pulling away.

I think there is more power to be had from it so will try 3.5gram rollers in the next few days.Clutch engagement is spot on.Getting a bit of hesitation at part throttle openings. Would like to try a needle with a fatter lower section and leave the top half the same, Think that would be spot on. Main jet seems pretty good, will try a few sizes either side anyway to see if there are any more gains to be had.

Had a quick race with a WK-Bikes scoot with doppler pipe. It uses a minarelli horizontal ac engine clone. It was shockingly slow compared to the zip.First corner aand I couldnt even see him behind me :D 1185072_10151626633672861_808853390_n.jpg

stage6 pro rep.I can thoroughly recommend it if you have a revvy 70cc kit. Dont think it would be the best on a 50cc or low revving iron cylinder.

yeah will replace the reeds with some carbon or fiberglass ones for peace of mind. Had a metal reed snap and end up in the crankcases on another scoot before. Also need to order a needle kit for the carb. The one in it at the moment is too rich initially so bogs a little on part throttle opening, clears up further along the needle and is perfect on the min jet.

Tried 3.5 gram rollers yesterday. They were too light and lost a fair bit of power. Tried 4.25g today and it has tamed the takeoff a bit. Will still wheelie off the throttle but not try to backflip like before. Acceleration seems similar to before once you get going but will keep it as is for a few days and then go back to 4g to get a good comnparison. Its just the fine tuning now to get things absolutely perfect.

Raced an aerox today with giannelli rekord exhaust. It disappeared waaaaaaaaaaayyyy behind me :)
