X reg piaggio zip 11k miles on the clock (black)

Needs little work put through MOT.

: (Under braking) Steering Headbearing has excessive free play.
:Exhaust is leaking and excessiveley noisey.

Already know how to sort the exhaust out - new gasket.

could be bearings, or if ya lucky jstu a tighten up, both cheapo fixes

around 15quid for bearings from piaggio

and make sure you put em on rite

if your going to change your headrace bearing then make sure you get some hight quality grease (lithium i think is the best) and use a good amount.
Bad grease will make the bearing wear faster. when putting it back together make the races a touch tight, this should loosen up after 1-2 miles. its a good idea to check them after a small ride .
