Good evening from Orpington

Was on here a few years ago when i had a fleeting dalliance with a Piaggio X9 500 but that has long gone.
Still had the desire to get another T&G so got a nice Honda S-wing. Great bike but lots of long distance commuting for the job (now i'm retired there seems to more work than ever) i had to get something bigger.
I chance visit to my local Honda dealer produced a great offer in P/Ex for the S-wing against a MaxSym 400i with only 1500 miles and in mint condition.
So here is my new toy by the ferry on the Isle of Arran in Scotland;-

Full camping gear and cooking equipment carried
Orpington
Isle of Wight (around 2 times)
Carmarthen (St Davids and Tenby)
Mull of Galloway (a 400mile day)
Arran island (around 1.5 times)
Keswick and the passes.
Abersoch
Orpington.
Bike never missed a beat and cruises well at about 80 mph, 6500rpm.

 

Welcome back. Man that thing looks so comfy! Probably just as well with the miles you are doing.
