Has anyone got any tips on stopping my glasses fogging up when i have my helmet on. I need my glasses for riding btw i have crap eyesight without them

I have a vent that opens in the mouth are and vents at top and back but my glasses constantly steam up during this very cold weather were having.

    * All i can do to stop it is ride with the visor fully open (grit in the mouth and eyes) and even then when i stop (no wind) they fog up again.

    * I've tried riding with the visor open about alf an inch but they just fog up when i breath??

    * I've used the fog eliminating visor spray but nothing works - it's very distracting. :(

i wear glases, but not for riding....im supposed 2 though!!
but being honest... i never ever shut my visor, only in torrential rain!!

just open your visor, and dont follow so close behind cars! ;)
wont get the grit flying at you then! also keeps ya ped alot cleaner when you dont get the shit flicked at ya so thats another bonus for leaving more of a gap!! lol :D

spose u could always get contacts but if ur like me then there a no no as my eyes react to contacts! :(

Try wearing a neck tube or scarf over your nose and mouth to deflect your breath downwards and out of your helmet. My helmet visor opens by several "clicks" I ride "one click open" in wet weather. This lets air in but keeps rain etc out of my eyes.
