Hello everyone, I'm the newbie...Arron (38) living in Derbyshire (from Coventry) My wife just bought me a DB125 Viper for Christmas so can't wait to get back into scootering again. Had a Gilera Runner SP125 a few years ago & really miss it.
Got to do my cbt again first (but have been out briefly!) Also gotta register my bike, tax it etc...but you really cannot beat the feeling of freedom, getting back on 2 wheels (without pedalling)
welcome to the forum. I know I sound like a cunt (I am the asshole of the forum) but use your bloody noggin and don't ride until your legal... don't want to loose your bike and get points on your licence.. the police are cracking down on it now and if caught without licence, insurance etc etc your bike WILL get seized. how do I know? I own two tow trucks and we are sub contracted by another company for recoverys. 4 uninsured cars were towed today on the back of one of my trucks alone. and... step away from the push bike. step away from it. *shudders*
Sure I can wait the couple of weeks it'll take...but had to test the bike out as it was brand new. Will keep pedalling in the meantime
