gilly runner 125 vx electric start wont work

    i really need help because i need to get to work this afternoon and need my ped to get me there.

    when i put the key in and turn it to "on" and pull the brake in, then press the elctric start, it doesnt do the usuall thing and start. it just clicks once...

    wtf has happened n how do i fix it... cheers

    do the VX's have a starter relay??

    cheers dudes...i found out what it was anyway...i went to where the sound of the clicking was...what u have to do is wiggle the wire as you start it, its a bastard but you dont have to do it often iv found =]

    you dont have to wiggle wires, you have to replace the wiring connectors.. probably the battery feed to the relay if its clicking. as if it clicks the starter relay is getting power. could well be a naff starter motor... check the little earth next to the motor also. reset your immobiliser
