Got another gilly 172 project finally its a Gilera runner 172 reg as a 50. and just like last time i bought it in bits lol. got it cheap as chips aswell :cheers: it came with a 125 rolling nut engine, 125 non rolling nut engine and a standard 50cc engine and 2 sets of panels haha :good: both 125 engine are in bits but im going to use the rolling nut engine. Hopefully be better than the last one plans are: Rolling nut engine. Malossi 172cc cylinder kit with light porting, Malossi cylinder head, PM tuning 52mm full circle crank, NTN crank bearings and seals, SRT lightened flywheel, PM tuning PM 59 or PM 55 with matched stub, Polini variator kit, Malossi blue clutch springs, Malossi kevlar belt, Keihin PWK 28mm flatslide carb. Premixed, Malossi adjustable manifold, Malossi air filter, Modified reed block, Appearance: Purple and white panels, White wheels, Carbon or clear lenses, quad headlight carbon or white, Cyclone alarm, Matt black crank cases with polished tranny cover, VX forks with polished legs, Aluminium runner footmats, and Carbon levers. Pictures to come of the bike as is now. then should order most of the parts tomorrow oh yeah if anyones selling an exhaust pm 55 or 59 ? anything condidered though let me know
quick update: got the engine cleaned up and took a picture of the some of parts that are going in it. ill get some pics of the frame and pannels when the weather clears up a bit :good: more updates soon as i get some time to get started cratch: haha
