    anyoe lnow what the standard jet size is and what carb it is?
    looked in search area cant find it. thanks jmc

    Go have a look m8 as its the only way to be 100% certain. A previous owner could of changed the carb, up-jetted, etc. Many possibilities, so the only way to be certain is check for yourself.

    I'll have a look in my Haynes though... (edit: can't see any details, sorry)

    it says its dellorto. jet says 78 or 7.8 on it :confused: not a clue lol.

    so whats the actual size of the jet? is it 8mm? coz i dont want to get wrong size.where can i get new jet and needle from i want roghly a 100-110 size jet

    depending on year, its either a 17.5mm or 12mm dellorto - both take 6mm jets BUT they both have different main jets

    17.5mm usually has a 56ish
    12mm usually around a 72 as far as i can remember
