Gilera runner vxr cuts out after heating up help

Hi people I have a problem with my bike it starts and idles fine but the engine get warm and just cuts out complete lose of power but the electrics still work but the bike will not start till its cool again

If you need any more info on the bike let me know

its a 125cc four stroke no bore kit just few small upgrades like malossi cdi and variator and rollers

Checked the auto choke is closing as it should?
