Gilera runner vxr 200 silent bloc

Hi my silent bloc on my runner is all cracked and split and im wanting to change this.
Anyone done this before and offer me some help thanks justin

 

I smash the old one out, then using a long threaded rod, big washers/old gears, anything a little bigger than the bloc, pull it in with a rattle gun to draw the new one in with plenty of lube!
And yes it can be a asshole of a job when it won't go in straight!

 

How do i get it off the bike
