Is changing a gilera runner vx 125 water pump a big job? Can second hand water pumps be used or isit best to buy a brand new one?
the vx waterpump is on the side of the engine. so you can just get a new side engine casing (right side) you can get pump kits for these also.. the only hard bit about the job is lining the drive bushes up (theres 3 lumps on the flywheel the pump locks onto) peice of piss if your just changing the casing over, not done a replacment pump (taken one to bits) but i assume its a fairly simple opperation
