Gilera runner vx cutting out when riding

hi guys well I had work done on bike but now when I go out riding on the bike it cuts out then I have to wait for for bout 2mins then I can start it again but then it cuts out again..

Parts iv changed
Plug
Cap
Lead
Coil
Fuel filter

I also cleaned the carb the bike seemed to run bang on but now it cuts out and it’s strugling to get speed to any help or info plz the bikes been off the road for almost 2 mths now and I just want to get back on it to get to work plz any help would be grate thanks again

 

Did you get the bike running. Sounds fuel and carburetor related, either too rich so it's flooding the spark plug, float valve is blocked a little or possibly bad fuel with water in it.
I would remove the carb, carefully remove the float bowl and inspect the contents looking for grit and water at the bottom. Fully clean it through.
