for some reason my bike is stuck in gear, yes i know its automatic* its was fine then all of a sudden when i stopped at a crossing, the bike died on me, so i try kick it over it but its spinning the wheel as i do it, so put the rear wheel of the side of the curb started it up, and the wheel just spins round, dont stop so its stuck in drive ? any ideas ? how to fix it ? :banghead:
Not to sure mate havent ever heard of that happening maybe experiment with the throtal sit it on the center stand with that back wheel off the ground and rev it to try and get it out of gear? just a guess mate but something else to try if your out of ideas.
i would think its something stopping the centrifugal clutch from disengaging, maybe a spring has snapped or it has jammed itself. cratch:
took it apart, the massive spring had snapped, jamming the clutch on the bell, what a pain in the arse
