Gilera runner sp Clutch problem

    hi could someone please help a freind just got a second hand engine for his fx125 the new engine is a rolling nut which came in bit i have put it all back together but the clutch assembley what came with the engine seems like is to small for the shaft from the gearbox is this because its a fx clutch looks similar to his old one any help would be much appreciated thanks

    Have you got the old type engine with later side case? Pictures?

    no its the same type engine as mine sp125 51 plate ill get him to take some pics so you can advise me on the best solution he told me that a friend said its a 180 gearbox but I thought the rear pulley was the same on the 125 and 180 rolling nut engines correct me if im wrong

    The rolling nut engine has a needle bearing on the inside (belt side) where as non rolling is a ball bearing.
