gilera runner slow project lol

bought this runner for £200 as my shitty cbr125 got half inched by sum lil chavs lol, Gna be quite a slow project as i am waiting to start work in the next month, Dnt realy know wot i am going to do with it might stick a 172 init or mite just bang a 70 kit onit etc, Any sugestions welcome??? this is how i bought it except it had speedo fairings etc,

just done a handlebar conversion, using tnt bars and a str8 stem, stage 6 switches, got a quick action throttle to go on but it did not come with a throttle cable, This is how it looks like at the moment,

 

Looks pretty nice Think you should go for a 172!

yeh think i mite go for 172, engines are cheap enuff anyways so wunt cost much mre than a decent 70 kit lol, dint know they were rare lol cum to fink of it havnt seen blue zig zag panels before

 

yeah ive seen plenty red zig zag panels but only a few blue ones

 

yeh same lol shame ther coming off lol

 

why are they coming off????

 

because the idicator fixings have fallen off etc lol and plus wanting the bike a diff colour so mite get evo panel set or something..

 

heres the engine out, gave it a quick clean befor i put my stage 6 streetrace 70 kit on,


Thought about getting rid of them tnt bars to get some renthals, looks much better :grin:


went down to the local paint shop and got some paint, fibregass and body filler,






also got my new rear led light which i think looks alot better

 

will put some more pics up when finished painting
