gilera runner not starting

hi guys

my runner wont start but i can hear the relay clicking

any ideas to what the problem may be :msn1:


sorry i aint been around for a while

not to say i just came bk 4 advice/help but ill try stick around more often

(been working)

 

btw also when i try to kick start it takes alot of effort and at the second/third kick is quite soft

hes been away coz hes been in prison u anit been on msn lately iver
and your bike sounds like the startor is mashed and ur gasket is gone
dats what happends when you go away and leave ur bike lol

 

check compression , check for airleaks stuff like that

change the spark plug for starters because it sounds like it could just be a weak spark

and yeh i need 2 jump on msn more often dont i :msn1:

 

checked the bike out and when i take out the spark plug its easy to crank and when spark plug is in its hard again

would new piston rings cause this to happen?
