gilera runner electric problem

    my gilera runner regulater messed up and blew all my bulbs and kept over heating my battery so i change it and replaced the bulbs but now my full beam dont stay on and my indicaters dont flash they just stay on, now ive looked at all the wires and there all connected but i dont have a clue now.. can anyone help
