gilera runner 50 loosing power

here i have my friends gilera runner 50 with a malossi variator he was riding then his nosle bit on the end can dropped it was still driving but loosing power then as we was bringing it back to his the bike cut out and white smoke came out of the exaust and a lot of water leaking out were you put water in then we called the rac but couldnt do nothing he just said it could b the gaskets

any help

 

What do you mean by nosle bit on his end can dropped?

 

the pointy bit were the smoke comes out of

 

Dropped down or fell off its its bent and not letting smoke through properly you bend it back up or cut it off mate
