Gilera Runner 50 00 No head, rear or dashlight

Hi There

So i got an old runner 50cc around 2000. I have some electric schedule from haynes found from the net, when i follow it i dont know where the lights are getting +(live feed) from.

From ignition (black) to automatic choke -> regulator and then to light switch? But i dont have any live to yellow/black cable, coud the voltage regulator be broken? When i but yellow/black to battery, dashboard lights up and got 12v to front and rear lamp.

Iam running/thinking in circles here, somebody straight this out for me?

Regulator yep
